Marco Deluca opens the original Pizza factory location on Islington St, Portsmouth. With just one wood-fired oven and three employees, the dream begins. Lines form on day one.
Just three years in, Pizza factory earns its first major recognition: Best Pizza in New Hampshire by the Portsmouth Press Readers' Choice Awards. The pizzafactory brand begins to take shape.
Responding to growing demand, we launch our own delivery fleet — bringing Pizza factory straight to your door. Our signature insulated boxes keep every pie hot and fresh, corner to corner.
We triple our seating capacity and expand our menu to include artisan pastas, gourmet salads, and craft desserts. A second wood-fired oven joins the kitchen. Catering services begin.
